I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My daughter has been at Little Lukes since 6 weeks old, and looks forward to every school day. I love the energy of the staff and the variety of ways she learns each day. She loves Mr. Len & his guitar, and the yoga!

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Although my child is well taken care of at Little Lukes in Radisson, I am sad to say that the turn over rate is a clear reflection of a lack of appreciation for the staff. My child's teacher was recently let go, along with the director of the facility... both ladies were 2 of the 3 "care takers" that made me feel good about leaving my child with special needs in Little Luke's hands. Because my child lacks their own words, I rely (like other parents of special needs children) on the staff to make sure their needs are met, their comfort in regards to learning is challenged and that they are just as safe at school as they are at home. Kelly Lawton was a pre-school teacher who had a background in nursing and a mother...something that made me feel overly confident in Little Luke's ability to take my child to the next level in a safe environment. Every single time I entered the classroom, Kelly was surrounded with children reading to them or helping them in some way. I will never understand how someone thought the facility would improve without her there. I wish the person that let her go would explain to my child why Kelly is no longer part of his life. Please consider the children when you make these decisions. Please consider the fact that you are not a business to the families you serve. When you choose to leave your child with ANYONE for the amount of time that they spend at school, you choose their teachers to be part of your own family. You choose a school based on the teacher's potential ability to love your child as much as you do. Kelly did that for my child.
