I know multiple people who have worked in this facility, and it is insane. Have thought about reporting them to ODJFS simply because there are multiple children sick daily. Some of them came in while having RSV the staff have been known for screaming in children faces, and spraying them with the squirt bottles, it’s a dirty facility where they don’t even clean/sanitize the toys. Do not recommend working or taking your children here.

About the Provider

Little Learners Child Development Center's focus is on the academic, social, emotional, intellectual and physical development of every child through a combination of child-initiated, teacher- directed activities. Our devoted professional staff believes play is the key for learning in the early years. Play is one of the most dynamic childhood learning methods. Play is a voluntary activity which permits freedom of action, diversion from routines and an imaginary world to master on their own.

Little Learners Child Development Center believes that social growth and establishment of high self esteem are also essential. We believe that every child can reach their full potential at their own individual pace, in a developmentally age appropriate program. The teachers encourage the children to actively involve themselves in every learning experience, utilizing both individual and cooperative play situations to increase sensory exploration of materials and activities. We feel that young children function best in a consistent program with small group sizes and a familiar caregiver.

Warm, positive relationships with adults help children develop a sense of trust and feelings of worth. Because a child's experience at Little Learners is a supplement to their home experience, we feel very strongly that staff and families should work together in order to provide for optimal development of the children. Most of all we strive to create the loving and caring atmosphere of home.
