If I could give zero stars, I would. My child attended the center for one day and I refuse to bring him back. When we picked him up, he was filthy and had scratches on his neck and arms. The staff did not notice and there was no incident report. Additionally, the staff member holding our son was not wearing a face mask and the other one present had her mask below her nose. I do not feel comfortable leaving my child here.
My children use to attend this daycare. However there is a lot of issues that the daycare does as in not showing ID when picking up kids (like anyone could take a child), they don’t change the children as often as they should be, children come on dirty, they will send children home if they believe any health issues yet will allow other sick children to stay, many people play favorites, the list goes on. The only reason I’m even giving two stars is because there is a few teachers that literally go above and beyond their duties and actual aren’t rude to anyone unlike the many others.
I am a very protective mom, and have a hard time leaving my baby with anyone that's not a close friend or blood relative. After looking at almost a dozen centers, I chose Little Learners to bring my baby to. My child is always well taken care of, is happy and clean when I pick her up and probably does twice as much educational type stuff here than at home. I wouldn't take my baby anywhere else!
This daycare is not a safe place for your children. The teachers are rude and do not care about the children. My son who is potty trained was coming home in diapers that were not his because I didn't give them diapers. Hes not in them. They put him in them all day just because they didn't want to have to take him potty. After I made a fuss about this I come in to get my son the very next day and his teacher has him in the bathroom fully clothed, by himself and crying his eyes out. When I asked what the hell was going on the teacher was rude and rolling her eyes at me because she has better things to do like sit her fat self on her phone. This daycare is crap and they will neglect your child as well. I would not even give them one star if I could. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR PRECIOUS ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!
We have brought our kid here for over a year and really like it. Our experiences with previous daycares was stressful, but we saw a huge change in our kid since bringing him to Little Learners and as parents we are happy and know this is a good place.
My 1 yr old grandchild attends the Daycare program, the first time we went to pick our grandchild up, we were told by Mom we would need codes to enter- we had code but did not need it we literally walked right in, the first thing we heard was a child crying excessively we looked in and the child was OUR grandchild it was obvious by the child's red face and breathing she had been crying for quite awhile-no one was paying attention!
Second time- mom goes to pick up and child is strapped into infant age type bouncer( child can walk and is to old for this) AND crying, staff did not comfort until noticing MOM was coming in.
Third time- Dad went to pickup child- walked through without having to use code( had never been before) he heard screaming baby looked in and it was his ( our grandchild) Child. Once again no one was comforting he said there wasn't more than 5 other children in there with her- he walked in and went immediately to child and undid restraint on bouncer/rocker type toy/ Child immediately stopped crying and cuddled into him/ a staff person said " OH, Hi you must be DAD-to which he answered YES I AM!! Then he said do you want my I.D. I'm on the list, he found it disturbing that he had gotten that far and was holding the baby BEFORE ANYONE even questioned him.
WE are Going to remove child from this center and find another- IF IT HAD BEEN A ONE TIME EXPERIENCE It could be blamed on the staff working the afternoon closing shift BUT 3 separate occurances WARRANTS a complaint !!
My son and I love little learner. They are friendly, clean and my son learns a lot in his class! I love that he is getting smarter because he goes here.
We just started my kids here and they love it! The classrooms are clean and the teachers are really friendly.
