About the Provider

Description: Our Commitment...
... is to provide early childhood education through age and developmentally appropriate activities, based on two main concepts: child-centeredness and problem solving. Out teachers are warm, nurturing and knowledgeable of child development, trained, and committed to the education of young children.

Our Philosophy...
... recognizing the community's need for infant care, preschool care, kindergarten and school aged child care for working parents, we give priority placement to this population.
... We believe children learn best through play and social interactions. Our main goals are to nurture children and help them learn to get along with their peers. Child-centered means our program is here to meet the real needs of children, allow them the freedom to be children, and put their physical, emotional, and intellectual well-being first.
... We see inappropriate or destructive behavior as a problem to be solved, primarily by the children with the help of a teacher. Problem solving is how we teach children to form positive relationships, resolve conflicts, learn self-discipline, and show respect for others.
... We accomplish these goals through active listening, negotiating, setting limits, making children feel important, and building our learning environment around the children's needs.
... We are always happy to discuss our philosophy, as well as the individual needs of your child with you.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

my son never had issues at any daycare but here...and all of a sudden he had behavior issues?? None the less my son is/was in early intervention was constantly shall you say was constantly being evaluated ... they agreed he never demonstrated anger or any other type of issues... they made me feel like my child was an alien and constantly said how interruptive he was ... and the best part was every other day they were sending my son home indicating he had a fever .. i get him home take his temperature no fever but of course he would have to stay home for 24 hours anyways even though clearly they did not know how to use a thermometer... the one day the director even said and i quote “what is wrong with your son” in a snotty voice... she was also a gem ... for a director of a daycare you think they would be less uptight... not this one... i think she hated life in general or maybe just herself...if i was her i’d hate myself too..i wouldn’t recommend it .. also check out all the lawsuits..they switched owners but still have same staff... that’s like putting a bum in a tux ...

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Horrible place. The teachers are great, but the director herself not friendly what so ever and was never at the location. The owner is worthless. Does not know how to run a daycare, more concerned about $$$ then his staff and business itself. Please DO NOT send your child here.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

There facility has not one ounce of care for children. After 8 years being loyal with the school loving every teacher they go under new ownership and push everyone out. How can a school not care about children they helped raise after 8 years. Raised tuition $880 overnight in a back stabbing way to push kids out. It was the most heartless thing that could happen. My kids are now paying for the schools poor, hateful, selfish decisions. Please please look around and never bring your kids there. Bring them where they will be loved and appreciated.
