About the Provider

Our goal is to foster in children the belief that school is a place to have fun, socialize, create, be active, and learn. A positive attitude towards school created in the early years benefits children throughout their lives. Because children in the early years learn though play, we offer a play-based curriculum filled with dress-up costumes, play houses, play kitchens, and plenty of easily accessible props for kids to use in their imaginary play. Children have time for free play, exposure to a variety materials, plenty of playmates, and teachers ready support their creative process. We are interested in the way children organize their world when adults step back and allow them to make messes and interact with their environment in their own way. Children at our school will get messy, get muddy, get wet, and get covered in sand in the sand pit when they want to. They will run some, scream some, dance some, and laugh often! A child's brain is at it's highest level of functioning during play, which makes play the real foundation for learning during the early years.
