Description: Here at Little Feet we feel that children experience the most genuine learning while they are having fun. We find that Theme Teaching keeps things different and exciting, which keeps motivation levels high. Each weekly theme has an academic standard attached to it. These standards are taken from the Ohio Department of Education Early Content Standards as well as from the Kindergarten Readiness exam. The entire center follows the same curriculum, but the teachers adjust it to fit their classroom developmental level. We strive for our children to achieve goals by encourage independence, respect, and responsibility.
Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. Reports can also be verified with your local daycare licensing office.

I did school work at Little Feet and it was not a good experience. The teachers I worked with had high expectations of the children that exceeded their development level. They were not allowed to be kids, they were yelled at constantly for the way they were playing, even if it was in a safe and kind way. They were even yelled at for pretending to be animals. Teachers are unprofessional and do not understand developmental appropriate practices at all, they think learning is just worksheets and circle time. One day a teacher had a 4 year old child crying so hard to the point where he was hyperventilating because he couldn’t write a number 6 to her liking. She scolded him for over 30 minutes over this and did not allow him to move on to the next group activity. Another time a teacher scolded and put a child in a long time out because he was cold and wanted to wear his hoodie. An 8 year old was told “stop bringing so much crap!” These just three scenarios I observed and there are so many others. I DO NOT recommend Little Feet I highly advise you take your child elsewhere. Not to mention, teachers rarely wore their masks correctly.
Little Feet has been a great experience for my family. Both of my children love attending and we all missed it a lot while it was shut down for the virus. So glad to be back and so happy with how helpful the staff has been.
Little Feet does have a nice program to offer children. However, it is hindered by teachers with a lack of experience or any real interest in educating children. To them, it is merely a job. Lots of turnover among teachers and bad attitudes. Not a warm inviting atmosphere at all.
Since 2011 the center has been under new management. I worked there under the old owner who has since passed away, now I work under the new management. I have to say there have been several positive changes from simple things like repainting the classrooms, to new playground equipment for the center's two playgrounds, to better staff with experience. Two staff members have degrees in early childhood, two staff members have their CDA, and all staff members are certified in CPR and first aid as a new requirement to be employed at Little Feet. The staff works along side with the parents whether it be with their varying work schedule, to children attending other school during the day, as well as children with health conditions. I know I work here and my comment seems basis, come in and see the school or visit our website www.littlefeetcenter.com.
If your child is ideal and rarely miss behaves or doesn't have any issues then this is the place for your kids. They do have a nice program but if your child has any delays and needs more assistance, they will make you feel like it is your not doing the right things for your children. They don't always abide by the staffing regulations and the Director is not freely available. On more than one occasion she was covering for a room for an extended period of time, which made it appear that they were under staffed.
They have a poor communication system to parents of upcoming events, childrens progress, daycare information. More than once I received information that had poor grammar and many spelling errors.
