I love little Explorers. Im a first time mom, who was very nervous about child care. My daughter started attending at 4months old. She had her own room dedicated for babies. Now she's 2 and loves being with the toddlers. My daughter has learned to sit up, crawl, walk, sing and dance because of what she learns at little Explorers. My princess Loves all the staff to. Amanda keeps me updated with adorable pictures of my princess having fun at school. Because of Amanda, I learn what my daughter likes and how to keep her entertained at home. The price my family pays is more than reasonable for the care she gives. Amanda goes over and beyond to entertain all her kids. We are more than grateful for Amanda and little Explorers!!
I would give this childcare no stars if it was a option. It smells like a dumpster in the home. There is just as many animals as there is kids. The lunch room floor is always dirty. The main room where the children are usually at is clutter where kids can barely move around. There is always so much clutter at the end of the stairs (laundry baskets , boxes ) it makes it hard to gather your children’s things together to get out the door. The owner looks like she’s on some heavy drugs. She leaves 15+ kids with a handicap helper why she’s seems to be outside smoking her cigarettes when i’ve picked up a lot of times. She has one good helper that is hardly ever there if that don’t say something. She does do things with the kids but a lot of times you find out the week of or couple days before . Communication isn’t good. Her prices are good but this is why they are good because she knows herself what her daycare is like . Defiantly do your research!
I can’t say enough about this daycare , my child went to Miss Amanda for 2 years , she was ready for Kindergarten and when taking the assessment test she scored above and beyond where she needed to be. Amanda has her childcare set up as a home setting which was a good adjustment for my child. I love her daily day to day schedule with the children. Amanda’s childcare is simply amazing
Amanda is amazing daycare provider. My son has gone to other babysitters in the past and no one has taught my child so much and such a little time. She is amazing with the kids and so attentive. I would highly recommend little explorers for all aged children.
Concerned if someone who is handicapped should watch 10-15 kids alone? And the other person looks as if they did drugs
