Director is NEVER there! When she is, I have caught her playing on Facebook or roller coaster game. The teachers have to act as director to address all the issues parents are going through. The playground is HORRIBLE, food is not nutritious, teachers are not given curriculum to teach but they do great with what they can. However, the tuition is ridiculous, there are no walls between the classrooms, they are very understaffed, and it is dirty. I was told that the owners will raise tuition but I would have to bring in my own materials and lunch for my child. They are money hungry. My child has been bit and hit numerous times by the same child so there is no limit as to how many times children can hurt others without being kicked out. There was also a point in time where a teacher there hit a child and the parent was not told about this issue. HORRIBLE!!!! SO, if you are looking for a childcare facility you should really reconsider for your child.
My child has been bit several times. The daycare director does not have the backbone to implement a biting policy. Several times is an understatment. My chils has been bitten 3 times in 4 days... Twice in one day 30 minutes apart but the director Said to me that it doesnt happen that offten.... Look around before enrolling here.
