I have used this provider for less than 6 months
My son only went here 3 days. First day was fine. By second day the provider was complaining that he was clinging to her too much. Mind you he had just turned two and this was his first daycare experience ever. He had no idea what to expect and everyone was a stranger to him. You’d think a childcare provider would be versed on this but she was annoyed and made sure I knew it. Day 3 provider supposedly caught Covid and shut the daycare down. Not sure if that was truth or she just didn’t want my kid there anymore which is the feeling I got when she had suddenly mentioned a “trial period” referenced in the enrollment packet which was actually not a thing and nowhere to be found. She never gave my child a chance. She was overwhelmed with the the four kids she had and decided my kid was too much for her. He attended 3 days total. I paid for a week and she wouldn’t refund my money even though we both agreed it was not a good fit. She knew I was a single mom and instead of cutting our losses and doing the right thing she just decided to keep all my money which she did not earn as she did not have my child the full week and he literally attended THREE days TOTAL!! I wish I had never sent him here. Our second daycare was 1,000 times better. Do your research and don’t just settle!! This person is overpriced for what she offers and she lacks patience for new young children in my experience.
