* Director hires family that owes thousands of dollars to work at the daycare to wipe bill clean.(sorry should still have to pay)
*Director Terminates children for biting but won't terminate family ( student) for being very violent to staff and other students.
*director spending all her time in families classroom just to talk and hangout with "favorite (family) student"
*Director terminates biting child cause she didn't like the parents.
*director Sends all other children home for biting 3 times but wouldn't send child home that bit more then 4times( teachers child).
*Director doesn't say anything to teachers ( family and close friend) that they are always over 20 minutes late, that's including herself.
*Director allows other peoples adult family members into the building but not others (she dislikes them).
*director wouldn't fire a staff member after they abused a child in the toddler room and let her come back the next day. All the evidence was shown to everyone it needed to be.
*Director knew a staff member was biting and pulling hair of kids in the babyroom but never terminated that person let it go on.
*Posts students photos and stuff on their social medias ( Snapchat, etc) when we were told not to. ( Students pictures are only allowed on daycare Facebook page or brightwheel)
*has no idea how to run a certain classrooms but comes in thinking she does when she really has never worked with the people helping those rooms. Always in the office or a different room.
*Director gives special treatment to family members children.
*violent student ( family) does something violent and she rewards with taking said child to office to do what said child wants.
• director Makes certain staff members get on state assistance but not others.( Suppose to be free daycare for staff)
•director should be making a schedule at least two weeks in advance cause sorry people do have life's outside of the daycare.
• director only makes certain staff members close when it's suppose to be a rotating schedule FOR EVERYONE..
• follows certain rules for all other students but not students that are related to director.
• victim shamed a staff member because they were a victim of Domestic abuse.
• wouldn't allow that staff member back a week AFTER the lawyer said that staff member could come back.( Staff member had nothing saying they were not allowed to work)
• does a action plan for that staff because "of their situation" and a year long probation when that staff member had nothing but great things said about how that staff ran their room.
• changes a whole preschool program cause of two behavioral children. They are no longer learning anything besides sharing.( People are actually paying for a preschool)
• makes kids scream " get off me, don't touch me, I want my____( insert parent of choice) all because they are not doing what they need to in the split second after they throw something on the ground ( they are only 3 & 4) children seem scared and very upset when this is happening. This is causing a TON OF TRAUMA!! This can go on for over 30 minutes.
• director loses her "cool" when speaking to staff and families of students. Has screamed at people several times. Never once reprimanded or anything. The parents and staff had called superintendent on director.
• allows only 1 staff member 4 hours a week for " lesson planning" when most of the time left the building, worked on the daycare board stuff( not suppose to be getting paid for it's suppose to be volunteer hours) that should be on that persons time outside of the daycare or even on their break.
• talks badly about students families cause director doesn't like them. Yes, has said stuff in front of students ( that includes all ages)
• talks about personal life with everyone but tells only 1 staff member they are not allowed to talk about anything besides work related stuff. ( Director and other staff talk about drinking, their sex life's, about other staff members, etc..)
• have had a staff members working before they had any paperwork, finger prints,etc done.
• A staff member didn't get paid for over two months cause "her paperwork got lost"
• Allows other staff members to stay working at the daycare when they said" they wanted to punch a child in the face".
• Director harassed an old staff member and had a investigation done to her cause director wouldn't stop sending messages and hateful things to the old staff member.
• accepts other kids off the wait list before other kids before them cause director don't like family, family owes some money still( again can wipe family members bill clean), or because they are teachers at EV kids so they get an automatic in.
• won't send home a child that has bad behaviors cause that child is a teachers kids that works for the EV school. ( Director has send home children for less than what this child has done)
