My 1 yr old granddaughter attended this place since December 2018 on a couple of occasions my daughter picked her up and noticed a scratch on her face that no one could explain. My granddaughter also broke out in a rash and no one called my daughter to inform her when this occurred. Then 2 days ago my daughter went to pick my granddaughter up to find DRIED BLOOD on her right eye and a bruise on the right side of her head! When she asked what happened the response she got was well we don’t know the lady that had her today is already gone!! So this went unnoticed by who know how many employees! My daughter took my granddaughter to the ER and thankfully she is ok and my granddaughter no longer attends this daycare. My daughters went to pick up some things she had there for my granddaughter and said they were so short staffed They only had 1 person for each group of kids and they had to combine 2 of the groups! I called the owner to voice my concern and she assured me that she always has 2 employees for each group but in the same breath tells me that when the employee has to change a diaper she can’t see what’s going on behind her. Ok so if 1 is changing the diaper what’s the other one doing? Obviously not watching the children and if my granddaughter was impacted by whatever incident occurred hard enough to leave a bloody scratch on her right eye and a bruise on the right side of her head I know she cried!! She is 1 !! Did they not even attend to her when she cried? No one even noticed! Then I also told the owner I was very concerned and she needs to get to the bottom of this and let my daughter know what happened . She assured me would. She has not even called my daughter to ask anything about what she observed, what she was told, to ask how my granddaughter is or even apologize for it! Parents please think twice before enrolling your child here. Little Blessings has turned into a Huge Nightmare!

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

My daughter started here a couple months ago, and she was doing fine , and then all of the sudden i was getting reports that she was biting, and not getting along, and normally my child does not do things like that,so that made me think whats going on to make her react like that is another kid messing with her and shes defending herself but they kept insisting that she was doing it for no reason.. let me remind y'all she is only 2 years old. days go by and still getting reports that shes biting i am asking the director for help to help me resolve this , she doesn't help me says she does not know what to do, days go by and my daughter comes home with deep like claw mark like scratches underneath her left eye. so i ask about what happened and i am told that nobody was watching her so nobody knows how my daughter ended up have deep bleeding scratches under her eye, i just assumed it was another child, but they told me that they had cameras but they were not set up, and again said nobody that was supposed to be watching her was paying attention so i never found out what happened to my daughter.. not to mention those scratches were so deep that they have now left permanent scars underneath her left eye so i know when the incident happened that she cried.. after that i week goes by still getting reports of heaven biting children, i talked to the employees to see how we all could work together and they said we just need to be consistent with her so we try that, 4 days later im am told that was her last day at little blessings and that she is no longer welcome.. and i understand that they cannot have children biting im not mad about that, im mad cause they gave me a one day notice to find somewhere else to take her i work full time her father works full time its hard to just find her another daycare cause im not just going to let her go anywhere, so we find another place its an at home day care that only has a couple children, shes been there a week and she has had no problems and the lady that watches her is just in shock about how she would have gotten kicked out, so my mother in law who has her child go to that day care went to pick her daughter up from there and Chaynna miller the director of little blessings pulls her aside and takes it a pon herself to ask about how my daughter is doing, and she tells her shes doing really good has not had any problems and shes really wondering why they would kick her out, and chaynna goes on about how the day care probably doesnt have a routine they have to stick too, which they do, and when she said that they do she proceeded to say that my daughter was not bad the first week that she got there to give her time to get used to them and she will see how she is, and my first thought is that first of all why would you ask about her if you were just going to be rude and not genuinely care about how she is, and why would you sit there and talk about a 2 year old, now im not saying that what my daughter did was right i know biting is unacceptable and i have been steadily working on my daughter with it but again she is two years old and she went from being with me the whole first year of her life to being thrown into this daycare where she knows nobody and shes not firmilar with anything,so yeah she was out of her comfort zone and i am not at all taking up for bad behavior because i understand they have to deal with other parents and they have rules but for her to talk about my child that was no negatively is not very christian of her, and its in fact just tacky and rude. i would not recommend little blessings if you have any minor or small problems that comes with a child being 2 years old because if its something they have to deal with they will not take the time to do it. they would rather make up excuses and talk bad about a little two year old girl instead of doing there job and working with her to fix the issue. that is not professional when you pay them 110 a week to keep your children and they cant tell you what happens during the day because nobody is paying attention. RIDICULOUS.
