My children are so happy at this center.

If u love your children do not send them to this daycare. Ajia has a lot of missing screws and shouldn't be allowed to watch any children. My children was their for 3 weeks. All she feed the children is pop tarts, oodles & noodles, and candy. She doesn't potty train like she say my child was in underwear when he started and put him back in pull ups. When i interviewed with her she told me she had other kids their pictures was on the wall and nametags but i never seen the kids she's a big liar. She dont know how to communicate with you her mind on is on a child level. She is the worst daycare provider I ever seen.

I can truly say this center is not in it for the money. I have been victim of patronizing centers that was more concern about the money then the children. My son was in this center for a year. He is now in grade school and always ask to go there. He was in another center for a longer period of time and never asks about that center. I wish they took babies,but, until then I'm waiting for my daughter to turn 2 and I will return. Not to mention everything is included. The other center I had to take everything and paid much more. great low key center. keep up the good work and never change.

My child has been attending this establishment for about less than three months. She has changed the time it has open from 7am to 730am at short notice. Whenever his father and I dropped him off she was never open or leaving out to take her sons to school. She informed my son's father that she will no longer be able to watch our son because she could not get in touch with me which is bs because I called her back and she quickly rushed me off the phone saying she will call me back. I end up finding out from my son's grandmother who picked him up that he has 104 fever, which I think is bs. She didn't want to keep my son because she couldn't get in touch with me. The director Ajia Cooper is rude and honestly needs to close the center down. Including my son, there was only three students there. Some days whenever we dropped or picked up our son she always was rushing us away. Then other days wanted to carry on a conversation. Parents PLEASE keep your kids away from this center and it's bipolar director.

Hello this response is coming for LIL People U Daycare Center. As we know, in business we will not be able to please all of our families, But, we try. We stride to be the best we can be. We pride ourselves on providing the best economical and safe learning environment that is in our control. We apologize if our past families have not had that experience. We are a full service child care that provides most of the basic needs for our children in our care at no additional cost. We wish the best for all our past families and their children. Although we can't meet all of the needs of our families in our care we really try our best. Most of all we are open for communication. If there is any concerns or dislikes please bring it to our attention while your child(ren) is enrolled at the center, so that we can be proactive and take appropriate action, if needed. This establishment was not what the director made it out to be. She reverted my child back to pull ups when she was fully potty trained and had issues with me arriving early when she was actually late. The director spoke poorly of other students, parents and her staff. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

The director is a very disrespectful individual. She would get mad at me for arriving to work early. She fired me because I showed up to work 5 minutes early. There is a lot of clutter. She yells at the children, talks to them any kind of way. Though she says she has a high standard for them. If you want your child to be taken care of properly, Lil People U is not the place to send them.

I was very displeased my visit today. I have been a teacher in child care for 9 years and never in my life have I seen such a disrespectful individual. The director was very rude to my child and I. She spoke to me as if I were in kindergarten. I was a potential parent and she treated me like I was nothing. All of this behavior was done in front of other children and my children as well. I would not recommend anybody visit this child care center for any reason. Plus the center is filled with about a trillion toys and twelve books. Looked liked there would not be much learning anyhow. At a certain point in the interaction I had already told myself that this is not an environment for my child. And i was futhrrmore turned off by the the director's behavior and actions. A hot a** mess.

My 3 year old son was put out of this daycare because he would cry when I would leave him. He had only been going for 4 days. The first 2 days he was excited to go but on the 4th day he cried and didnt want me to leave him. The director told me to take him outside and get him together before bringing him back in. Instead of her trying to calm him down she thought it would be best to refund my money and not let him return back. That was very unprofessional. I guess you get what you pay for.

Unfortunately, it has not been two months since my initial review and I must say that I am very displeased with my most recent interaction with the provider. My children were abruptly terminated from care because I "was going back and forth" with the provider. You may be confused by this reason for immediate termination; I'm sure I'm far more confused than anyone reading this. As as a well trained social service provider, manager, and clinician, I'm very knowledgeable on the art of communication. There was a severe lapse in communication in this exchange. I finally understand what the original reviewer was referring to. If you have other options in your childcare search, please save yourself the hassle and search elsewhere. A few good months of care pales in comparison to one day of scrambling to find reliable care.

My children have been receiving care at this childcare facility for several months. As a concerned parent, I'm, of course, nervous about what care my children receive and who provides the care. My children and I love this day care. They can't wait to go there and often asks to go there on weekends. The provider is convenient, flexible and attentive. The cost is realistic. You don't get what you pay for; you get much more. I would recommend this provider to anyone.
