I have used this provider for less than 6 months

KEEP YOUR KIDS AWAY FROM THIS DAYCARE IF YOU LOVE THEM!!!! I enrolled my twin infants and 5 year old in this daycare because they sold my husband and me on how great their program was. My babies were 3 month old preemies at the time. Everyday I picked them up my daughter was freezing cold and my son would be breathing heavily as if he’d been crying all day. I asked if I could bring a blanket or sleep sack for my daughter and was told I could not. So, I would dress them in long sleeved shirts and pants in July to help. It did not. She would be literately be freezing to the touch even after expressing my concern. My son started pulling his hair after a week, which I believe was a coping mechanism, as he would be left to cry all day. When I did the orientation, I remember the nursery teacher asking if they liked to be held. I told her due to them having reflux I tend to hold them a lot to comfort them. She responded by saying, “I don’t believe in holding no babies”. I thought that was weird, but would never imagine someone would be so cruel as to let a baby cry knowing they’re in pain. I was wrong. I was told I’d get daily updates and pictures of my kids through their app. I may have gotten one of my daughter who looked miserable. These people don’t care about you or your children they only care about money. After 2 weeks of paying them the week in advance, I took my kids out and put them in another daycare. After a week of being at the new daycare, my son stopped pulling at his hair when he would cry (further proof they were just letting him cry all day) and both my babies were much happier. They called after a week of me changing daycares to ask about my kids. I informed them that I wasn’t bringing them back. Fast forward 9 months later I get a letter from a collections company for an unpaid balance. I know that wasn’t possible because I had paid the week prior for the upcoming week (even though I didn’t bring them back). I called and was told because I didn’t give them 2 weeks notice I owed for the 2nd week!!! I asked why did I have to find out about the balance owed from a collections company? When they called and I verbally informed them I wasn’t I wasn’t bringing my kids back I was never informed of a balance owed. In 9 months, they never called nor sent me any notices either. And I paid them for a week that my kids did not even attend.
