Learning Tree Pre-School - West Palmdale Campus 39625 20th Street West, Palmdale CA 93551 (661)266-4900. THE LEARNING TREE is our preschool program. It is our desire to provide loving care for children who must be separated from their parents every day; care that includes eating, sleeping, and toileting experiences; care that includes academic and social experiences; care that includes friendship with adults other than parents; and care that meets the unique growth and developmental needs of each child. Classes are available for two- through five-year-old children in full day childcare (care for 18-month-old children available at our eastside and West Palmdale campus). The childcare programs are offered year round, Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Nursery school classes are available for three- and four-year-old children. The program is available from September through mid-June and is structured partly as an open classroom and partly as teacher-directed to provide a balance of experiences for each child.

I did not want to even give them one star, I wish I could give this place negative stars!!! Wow, Desert Christian Learning Tree Preschool has got to be the most unprofessional preschool I have ever know! I would have never thought a preschool would admit that they are unable to keep a 3 1/2-year-old safe at their location. But yes there words to me were just that. My 3 1/2-year-old son was there for 1 week and they flat out said "WE DO NOT FEEL LIKE WE CAN KEEP YOUR SON SAFE" WHAT is that who says that. Not to mention the main teacher in my son's room you can totally tell they did not like my son and the way they made me feel was that they felt he was the worst child in the world. The teacher says "I have 35 years experience here" really because you apparently do not know how to work with kids or don't care to anymore. Yes, my son can be a bit of a hand full but to say your school cannot keep him safe proves that you and your school are not qualified to take care of children. Never a positive thing to say about my child unless I ask only negative but then when I ask was his entire day bad she says "Oh no he had a great morning" but why do I have to ask. But when a school says we cannot keep your child safe then immediately I am there and pull him out insane. Remember these are the words straight from the teacher's mouth about a 3 1/2-year-old toddler "THE DIRECTOR AND I FEEL THAT WE AND OUR SCHOOL CANNOT KEEP YOUR SON SAFE""
