2025-02-05 On 1/30/25, child care workers failed to supervise a 3.5-year-old child when they exited the classroom behind a parent through a door/gate that didn't latch completely. The child walked down the hallway to the front entrance area and was found by their parents arriving for pickup. An additional parent was in the hallway and observed the child during this time, however the child failed to be supervised by center staff for approx. 3.5 minutes until returning with their parents. The above violation is the result of a self-reported incident by the center as required by licensing. Order issued. Violation
