I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Now that my daughter has switched daycares I am finally able to talk about this. She used to attend La Petite Academy in New Port Richey, on 54. On 10/20/2021 my child told me a little boy in her class named Mark likes to pull her pants down to touch, kiss and bite her vagina. They are 4 years old. She said it happened "a lot of times". I kept her home for the rest of the week. I went to the daycare the very next morning to inform the director of what happened. This is when she disclosed to me that a week and a half prior the same little boy was caught touching another little girl. Was anything done? No. She told me to give her the day to figure everything out and then she would call me around 2pm. I received no call. I had to call her to find out what they planned to do about this. What was done? Nothing! The director tells me they will watch the kids better and ensure it doesn't happen again. She said she knows the family personally and they are good people. Keep in mind this facility is obligated to report something like this! This is when I decided to tell them I was going to call and file a report and get CPS involved. Not only for my child but also because when a 4 year old little boy is doing these things it's clear signs he's either seeing it or it's happening to him. The director had the nerve to say "please do me a favor and if you do decide to report it please let me know so I can self report it as well" ..... now I'm fucking heated. You won't do the right thing just because it's the right thing. You'll do it just to cover your a**!! A police report was filed, CPS is involved. My child was interviewed as well as all the kids in the VPK class. The deputy tells me every child in the class disclosed they have either seen him do this or he has done it to them. She also told me the same day they self reported my child's incident they also reported another incident with the same little boy and a different little girl (not the same one she told me about that I mentioned above) so this is 3 little girls that have been affected by this that they knew about and the daycare has done nothing. The handling of this entire situation on behalf of La Petite Academy was completely wrong. Unfortunately every VPK program in the area is full so it took me awhile to get her out if there and I had to work so she was still attending for the last week. They have cameras in the rooms and I would sit on the cameras all day at work watching while trying to do my job. The first day I let her back into the building they knew I wanted separation at all times between this boy and my daughter.... and yet they sat them together at the lunch table. I actually had to call to tell them to move him! As of right now he is still enrolled in the daycare and they are doing nothing to prevent this from happening to other children. My daughter has started to urinate on herself in the middle of the day when before this she was fully toilet trained. I've taken her to her primary MD and gotten referrals to professionals that are able to teach us ways to help her cope. This entire situation is 100% the fault of La Petite Academy and they have failed my child, the other children in the class, AND this Mark child as well. I want to put this facility on blast and make other parents aware of what has happened. Protect your children! This whole ordeal is not going to be swept under the rug like they have hoped.
