Description: the cook admitted that on occasion she would take children in a buggy to the kitchen and watch them through the opening while she would complete a kitchen duty like stirring soup. The attendance log for the Infant 2 classroom on April 28, 2021 shows a record of children being taken somewhere in a buggy by the cook.
