I truly don't know where to start. I went there for a tour of the daycare On Feb 24th. I talked to one of the owner / directors after the tour. I told her I was in need of my grandson starting on March 17th. She said," fill this paper out, put your start dated needed and I'll make sure you have the spot, once her grandchild moves to the next age group within the next week. She gave me a packet to fill out and email back. I emailed it the next day. I have called countless times trying to finish enrollment. Never being told I wasn't getting the spot. I called and talked to her Admin she ask me " ARE YOU ON EOC. I said yes, my grandson will be on EOC that they take. After that call, I have NEVERRR have been able to talk to anyone again. I called today and her husband answered, the co- owner. He put me on hold for 15 mins and someone picked up the phone and hung up, and would answer the phone back!!! There is Nooo OPEN infant care available, as I told her how desperate I was to get that spot!!
I am APPALLED and DISGUSTED I will be filing a complaint with the State and the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!! And everywhere their daycare is listed for a review, I will be sharing my horrible experience!!! Below is a Screenshot the times I have reached out to her except the ones from the land-line phone calls!!
My son's teachers are amazing but the administration and owners are beyond rude and incredibly money hungry. They increase tuition without notice. And tell you it's a "difference of opinion" when you question the random price hike after it shows up on your credit card. They will charge you $15 for your own Mother's Day gift (it was paint hand prints on a tiny canvas, and while I love it, it was AT MOST $2.00 in supplies). They require uniforms that are $25 PER shirt that are faded and stained and will have an attitude when you want to exchange it for a better quality shirt. They will blame you for not being informed about their policies that are "in the handbook" you never even received. They are rude, and at best unethical in their procedures, if not illegal. I'm upset that I have to pull my son from this school, but at this point it is mandatory! Avoid this school unless you want constant headaches and frustration.
