My daughter went here a couple of years ago at the recommendation of her paternal grandmother. She was 2 1/2 and one of the teachers had the audacity to tell me within her first week that she was being "fast" with one of the boys. A 2 year old doesn't even understand sexuality let alone would she be capable of demonstrating it. All she knew is that she found a friend. Also, the staff did not in any way assist with the potty process. My daughter was potty-trained but still needed assistance wiping if she went poop like most 2 year olds. Every day she'd come home with stained underwear and a rash. Another time she came home to tell me a teacher pushed her. She was still young and I wasn't sure if I understood the story right. I spoke with them about this and against my better judgement I let her go back. Fast forward a couple of months and she comes home with scratches all over her neck. I contact the daycare and send pictures to them. No one knew how she received them and no action was taken to my knowledge. That was her last time attending that place. The only positive thing I can say is that a teacher names Ms. Jessica took to my daughter and was nice to her. She even bought her a present for Christmas. Other than that I would not recommend to anyone.
If you care about your children and their environment you will stray far away from this place. Many of the teachers and admin are not professional. They hang out in the halls and gossip about people's lives and each other.
My daughter has over heard cussing and I have seen favoritism first had. Not all children are treated the same.
The food is gross and my child often came home hungry, complained that the food was nasty. I know that for the price she should have received better treatment from the people there.
The Admin lie and betray the confidentiality their clients. I was so embarrassed when I found out that my personal situation was known by nearly the entire Daycare. I talked to the director and she went and told my issue now they all know.
I don't know how this place was rated a 5. I know for a fact they were under review for child neglect.
I wish my daughter could have stayed in the preschool room, but they can't stay young forever, I guess.
I have even seen a worker gone to sleep while holding a baby.
It has been a while since we have been to KKDaycare and should have left this review a long time ago, but I just needed to get this out.
This place left a bad taste in my mouth and my daughter was not treated with the same fairness as the other kids.
I hope they do better because whoever is behind the desk says a lot about the place of business. I know for a fact that this place is not all the way legit, wish I could say more, but I don't want to hurt the people there that are doing a good job.
Great staff, they will work with you, good with the kids.
