If I could give this daycare zero stars I most definitely would. My best friend has taken in two children, aged 13 and 4, out of an abusive, derelict and drug filled home. Her life has been turned upside down and since she works a full time job she obviously needed to put the youngest in daycare. Kinderoo was absolutely awful!! From day one they showed no compassion or understanding for her situation. They complained because the 4 year old was afraid of the thermometer that she had never seen before and they were complete jerks because she didn't know what sharing was, well obviously she had never been around other kids in her short and sadly traumatic life. Instead of teaching and nurturing the child they made her and her guardian feel unwelcome and then after 2 short weeks called, at 5:30 on a Friday with no time to make other arrangements, and said she could not come back. We have since heard many similar stories about this daycare and I hope this review helps others to know they should that their child elsewhere.
