This Facility is a joke and is not professional at all. Because of their failure my wife and i am in a rush to find childcare and might loose out on my wife's business trip to LA. They promised and guaranteed they would be open on the 9th of august for months now. 24 hours before they were to open my wife calls to confirm and they state they wont be open till the 15th. No warning, no courtesy call, no heads up. If it wasn't for me reminding my wife to call and confirm we would have never known. Makes you kinda wonder how they care for the kids if they cant even communicate with the parents. I wouldn't even speak to you about the conversations after this as it is pointless and nonsense. Don't leave your child in the care of these people.
If I could give it less of a rating I would but this is as low as I can go. I have come to realize a few things from former staff and parents. Multiple violations that seem to be water under the bridge. Cameras in the facility don't work, the code to the front door has been given out to repeated family members who have no reason to be there, the smell of cigerette smoke on some of the teachers is disgusting and I was told a cell phone policy was implemented when a child got his head stuck in between a door the teacher was on her cell phone texting. Each time I come to pick up my child I still see teachers on their phones. The teacher in the infant room always seems hung over every morning. I would love to relocate my child to another daycare but because of my finances I am stuck. My last option seems to be contacting DHS or the state. If anyone else has any ideas please let me know. I don't want to give my name in fear of poor treatment to my child.
