Last Friday, April 22, 2022, a child and another child had a disagreement. This staff member poked the other child in the face multiple times with long fingernails. Caller believes Director was informed but did not take action. During this inspection LS observed 3 infant with one aide in room B1. A qualified staff member entered B1 while LS was in the room.
