Connect, Seek Advice, Share Knowledge
At first, it was great and we were extremely happy. Then occasionally we would be asked if our kid could stay home since she didn’t have enough workers per kids. Towards the end, I explained my frustration with never being told when our kid was being hurt or when they weren’t being good at daycare and was told that she never said anything for fear of starting an argument. I expressed my disapproval of the communication between her and us and she then avoided us for the last three days my kid was there. Very unhappy with not being able to voice my opinion of wanting to know when something was going on with my child. The lack of communication was terrible.
