I have used this provider for more than 6 months
Unprofessional teacher and owner - told me that no kid in 3's class wanted my daughter in their class after lazy teacher not willing to work with my child who was new in her class. Have high employee turnover, went through 5 "teachers" (HS diploma) during a few months - found my child with someone I didn't know - you are not notified of new "teacher" or their background. Low morale. I left crying after a bad meeting w/ owner and "teacher" who told me no kid wanted my kid in their class AND after my child hugged her / told her "I love you" the teacher said she didn't know why. Cruel. I left crying after meeting on a Friday night and owner NEVER called me nor ever talked to me again. I quit that Monday and gave week notice - owner never ONCE talked to me after that. I am just a walking dollar sign for them, no care given. My other twin daughter was injured a lot there -- bitten, bloody nose (my child told me she was upset that teacher laughed after she fell), and scratches. My other child's teacher talks about wanting a cigarette a lot. Suspended my child three days because **they** needed a break - I didn't have to pay, but another paid did pay for suspension. Really really bad - handbook isn't updated, rules are made on the fly by a passive owner. No one knows what's going on. Pay by check only, no debit cards or CC allowed. Raised rates but not service quality. Better off getting on a waiting list for a GOOD daycare and putting your kid temporarily at a home daycare.
