I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My son has now gone to this learning center for two years. When I originally enrolled him, for the most part the staff is great. However the site lead that helped me get my son enrolled was not the site lead that was there when he finally started. In the two years I realized that they have a hard time keeping a site lead, and at least the site leads I dealt with we’re not only very disorganized but very unhappy and miserable women. The only other review on this website complains about a lack of compassion and a hiccup with DSHS and payment. She states a lack of communication from the site lead to let the parent know that their child was five months late on payments. When you want to site lead it is your job to assure that these things don’t happen. It’s crazy to me that eight years later I’m having the same issue. After speaking to other parents whose children go there currently I am not the only one currently having that issue. There were a few teachers that work at this specific facility that I’m speaking of which is Kidzone three off of veterans Avenue in Lakewood, that I am truly sad my son will no longer have in his life. However at this rate I’m sure within a month it will be a completely different staff considering how awful the Director is. If you want your child to be in a learning center of love and compassion and understanding stuff I would advise you go literally anywhere else. The unprofessionalism is disgusting. Things like my son coming home often with giant gashes or bruises and never hearing about them from her or when I would ask she would tell me there’s an incident report for me to fill out and I would have to harass her to see one in most of the time never ended up seeing one. Good luck keeping a track of any of your children’s jackets or sweatshirts as they send any kid home with any kids sweatshirts. I have brought home well over 10 different kids jackets. I finally just started keeping these jackets and washing them at home because I was spending money on nice jackets and I would never see them again. When I would ask them for it or ask them to look through the lost and found they wouldn’t be able to find my sons clothing. That is because it went home with other children. I went through a domestic violence issue and a few days after Rachele very loudly and obnoxiously questioned me asking me what “was wrong with my face and what is wrong with my eyes why do I have black eyes” all of this in front of other parents and stuff. Absolutely embarrassing. Almost every time I see her when dropping off or picking up my son she is either complaining about children that go to that center or complaining about staff at that center or complaining about how overwhelmed she is. Doesn’t seem like a woman who is happy to be in her position. Which when you were working with peoples children, peoples entire worlds, you think he would have a little grace with the parents. I have expressed all of these concerns with the daycare’s higher ups and can only hope they actually take action. I would also like to add I have seen her be unfriendly and raise her voice at other children that aren’t mine while I am there.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

The best teacher there is leaving.
Gina is the manager and doesn't do her job.
I get subsided child care. Someone on the dshs side did not update my case. The daycare was not getting paid by them. It took 5 months for the manager to tell me. Stayed I owed over $2,000 and it needed to be paid before my daughter could come back. She had no compassion.
Ended up getting most of the care back dated. I was responsible for a month. She told me she could not find the sign in/out paper so she just gave me an amount to pay. She said I had to pay half of $360 for my daughter to return and half with my next copay.
She has always been rude to me. And my daughter said she isn't very nice to her.
I'm highly considering taking my business else where.
