These monsters will literally drag your infant by the legs and smash their heads into the wall. Not only that, they will laugh about doing it afterwards.
My child came home with bruises on his head, broken blood vessels all over. We were fortunate enough to have somebody there to record the incident. The video was so graphic, even police cried when viewing the video.
Do not use these people.. they are actual monsters.
My son went here for almost 2 years. Everything was fine and good until they moved to a new location. I don't know what happened or why but it's like everything changed and everyone stopped caring. My main problem was my son kept getting hurt almost daily. One day he was apparently having circle time when a classmate wanted a toy my son was playing with. he would not give up the toy so the other child leaned over and bit him on the mid stomach area. it left an open wound and it was bleeding. when i was contacted they told me he was bit but it wasnt bad and that they put a bandaid on it. i later picked him up to notice it was way worse than explained and that it was an open wound with blood. they did not put any ointment on it or contact a droctor. i then had to take my child to his primary doctor. they then put him on a 7 day medication to kill any bacteria that could be in his open wound and could lead to infection. this situation should not have gone untreated. i then talked to christinia about the situation and how bad it actually was. she acted like she didnt care and thought it wasnt that bad even after i sent her pictures of the area. she said she contacted her state inspecter to see what needed to be done and they told her "it just happends" and "children bite" and that there was nothing that could be done for my child. this situation should have been treated with medical care since it was an open wound with blood. many risks could occur such as infection from bacteria, staff, or any additional condition if the other child who bit was sick or had a disease that was unknow. He was also hurt the very next day too with another incident report.. and this time I wasn't notified. I understand kids get hurt but what I was asking is to be notified and they couldn't even do that! At this point I was mad and had enough of it. I told Christina what I thought and what I expected and she could have cared less. Multiple times she asked me NOT to take my son to the dr because she would then have to make a public report and other people could see that. (Which make them look bad) I mean how low is that asking me not to get my child medical attention just so she doesn't look bad. That's just PATHETIC. when I told her I was reporting them to cps she got mad and said if that's the case to come pick up his belongings. About a week later I did remove him from the facility and am at a new and better place now. EVERY morning he cried when I took him to his class and now he doesn't at the new daycare. His teacher Christy I believe does not watch the children how she should and is irresponsible. Please DO NOT take your child here! It is NOT a safe place. Also they have other violations which occurred this year that is on the dfps website.. Which includes an unsafe play area with exposed nails, no covers on the light switch in a toddlers bathroom and also releasing a child to an adult that wasn't their guardian without any verification! Now how safe does that sound? Better off anywhere else. When I took my son out for good nobody said a word to us which really shows how much they care. The owner only cares about what other people think of her.. Which isn't very good. This place is dirty trash and so are their workers.
I recently pulled my child out of Kidz Kare Academy due to the fact of inadequate childcare. There were many red flags throughout the three and a half months my child attended their facility, but they often reassured me that all was well; however, this was inaccurate information. The first incident occurred when my husband went to pick up our 8 month old son and was not questioned on who he was or asked for an ID; instead, they just handed him over in trust of verbal word that he was his father. Unfortunately, due to their lack of security, he could have taken any child. In today’s society, security should be a number one priority for anyone who is in the care of other people’s children. The second incident became present when we noticed my son came home with bottles that he had not been fed. This became such a frequent issue that friends and family members were also noticing the neglect of feeding him.
From his teachers refusing to put his pants back on after diaper changes, lack of communication between staff and parents, and overall unprofessionalism to being told by two different people that my child was left on the floor screaming due to not being fed properly, my husband and I decided to unenroll him. To make the situation even more unsound, when I went to pick up his belongings, the owner of the center did not even have the decency to question my decision. I believe as a child care provider you would want to know the problems and/or concerns so that they can be addressed. I’m all about giving people a second chance to fix a mistake, but after the multiple unprofessional and inexcusable instances, I can honestly testify that this child care facility does not provide a safe and caring environment that we as parents all want for our children.
