When I first took my son to kids r is it was a great place they seemed very organized and clean and most of all nice and caring I didn’t read reviews before hand because I wanted to give them a fair observation. The first week which was June 2 was ok he came home the second day there and had a big scrap on his knee said he was pushed by another kid but was fine then on Friday he fell off the playground and scraped his elbow and he said it hurt but was ok yes mind you my son is 6 and yes boys will be boys and are tough but theses scraps were about 2 inches each pretty big for me to not be notified. I brought it up to Kim on that following Monday and she said oh well if the kid isn’t hurt we don’t document and he has to say something I will talk to him I agreed and also talked to my son he understood what was asked of him my son is very advanced for being 6 says words like per-say and perhaps and understands his surroundings. The next week was ok everyday I asked my son how His day was he said it was cool there’s some aggressive kids but for the most part the teachers are nice if u listen I asked him what he meant he said well one of the teacher picked up another kid and put him on another table I said was he acting out he said yes he was being bad. That is what prompted me to read the reviews and I was shocked to read that what my son told me was literally exact to other complaints from kids and parents in the review I then saw I had to ask about child abuse cases so I then asked if she had any open cases and to my surprise she did and has court on the 29 of this month she told me all accusations were unsubstantiated due to not enough evidence. While I was asking her I did bring up that I read the reviews and my son had told me he seen some of the exact things happen that were said in the reviews she asked me to explain so me and my son explained to her she questioned my son and figured out who the teacher was she said she would talk to her and find out what happened this was on June 17 I brought it to her attention. later that evening she called me and had an explanation of that there were kids who spit on one another and the employee who picked up the kid picked up her son which also goes to the daycare and disciplined him right there and said not to spit on people I was so appreciative that she researched and found out but just for my own well being I asked my son was it her son that the teacher picked up and he said no it was another kid and no one was spit on the kids was yelling and not listening and that’s y he was moved By the teacher. I then left it alone but still continued to ask my son everyday how his day was on June 24 My son told me there is a another kid there that always hits him and is aggressive I asked if he told the teacher he said yes the teacher knows because he is always like that he told me his name then the next morning when dropping off I asked the teacher who the kid was and asked how old he was she told me he was 4 and it’s the same little kid I’ve seen in the morning yelling at the teacher saying fuck you because he couldn’t have his donuts after being dropped off I understand not all kids are perfect and act out that’s fine no problem but is something being done to prevent this from continuing?? When I picked up my son that day I let Kim’s daughter know I was aware of what’s going on and if mayb we can have a conversation with other parents to see if it’s something my son is doing that needs to stop or what’s going on I was told to talk to Kim. The next morning when I dropped my son off Kim told me she had terminated my sons enrollment and made false reports that my son was misbehaving said he scared the other kids but he is the youngest one in his class group I asked why wasn’t I informed about my sons behavior she said she didn’t have time to talk to me about it but now my son couldn’t return to her day care for the reasons that I had to many complaints and I complained every time I paid but was paid up until July 13 and because I wanted to talk to a trouble kids parent she shorted my refund and pushed my son out the door To leave I told her don’t touch my son I’m not the one she said well hurry up and get out. After I left I then read the termination letter and she basically belittled me said she was the one with the master and she didn’t need my opinions for other families because it wouldn’t end well for me thats basically a threat like what wouldn’t end well ?? I’m not intimidated easily! I wouldn’t recommend this daycare if u are a concerned and caring parent because my son was kicked out because I asked to many questions when I told her my son will make a statement that will stand in court to what he saw at the daycare and she said it wouldn’t be the first and it doesn’t matter because it means nothing we’ll I made it my mission and I promise it will be the last time that day care Handles situations badly my son has made a statement with social services and the police
