Everyone is amazing they do their jobs amazingly my sons teacher mrs selina in room 4 she’s amazing you can tell she takes amazing care of those kids like if they were here own my son Daniel loves her and her helper is the sweetest to ???? I can go to work calm knowing my son is in good hands this day care is a 10 out of 10
I have both of my kids enrolled in this daycare (home daycare which I loved the provider, they were very patient with my children). My Children turned 3yrs old and now have to transfer to the 3-5yrs old preschool . Evelyn is the one that is "helping" me do the paperwork, she is asking me that I need to contact the verbally abusive father of my kids (which I have a restraining order against) to write a letter where it states that he is not helping me financially.!! Are you kidding me?? The whole office is very rude Evelyn, specially Gloria, and the supervisor Cynthia, don't know if they're there to help or to make things more difficult than it already is?? My children were not accepted because they didn't have 2 sets of clothing just in case they had an accident!! OMG Kids1st!! are you running a military institute or a low income daycare service??? they take advantage of low income parents!! DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! TAKE YOUR KIDS SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
This Place is so rude i cannot believe it ! This one lady that helped me, i think her name was Lurdes and the "supervispor" were just so rude and un helpful to my situation . They had me running around missing work, making up excuses on why they cant accept my child and its just a horrible vibe i cannot believe it.
I had to give them a star but I wish I didnt ! This office is the worst . They waist your time and give you the run around. I've been going back and forth for 4 months and at the end they took away my sons daycare. They lie and do what ever comes to mind there are no rules.they fallow no structure. The two office ladies Lourdes and Gloria are rude and unprofessional . They lost my paperwork about 4 times having have to go back and forth. I do not recommend this day care
Love this place. They have a lot of requirements and rules but if you follow them you wont have a problem. I recommend it! teachers and staff are great. They are very helpful. My child learned a lot in this Preschool.
I have a son at that day care very rude people no manor at all the director think that she a psychology she gives the openio of the kids with out knowing exactly how the kids are they tell you that your child have ADD and try to send them with their doctor to get medication they even make you waste your money and buy goodies for the class mates and the never give it to the kids they want them to go to sleep and they don't want to struggle with them and they send them home I would never recommend this day care to anyone, I think that the kids suffer their.
Same issue here. Went through the whole enrollment process which was over 2-hours and as a single mom with little resources of where to leave my 2-kids, time is very limited. I was asked to change my schedule. I am a single father with two low paying jobs; I cannot afford to change my schedule to meet their needs. They are supposed to work around my schedule. This one person has the worst attitude I have ever seen I think her name was iloitsa or something like that. Did not care for her I will never recommend this child care to anyone. I feel sorry for the kids and their parents who are in role in this place.

Was asked to changed my schedule to enroll my daughter at the only time available and when all was finalized. THEN they tell me they have no room for her. VERY unprofessional. This is something they need to advise you of before they tell you to change your work schedule, especially the way the economy is with the job market. Very disappointed. Know since they messed up my schedule my kids have to wake up at 4:00 am and drop them off at another sitter which is 1-hour away. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!
