I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I have never seen such poor behavior from this school. My older two went here and they were fantastic not anymore. The old drop off time use to be 8:05-8:15 the new drop off time is 8:25-8:35. I am a parent who’s husband is currently not state side and it’s difficult to get my daughter to school on time when my other kids who go to a local elementary school drop off time is 8:20-8:45. Today I was pulled aside due to one my daughter missing school for being sick with a fever and the other time was due to being in a car accident. I find it to be absolutely disgraceful behaviors to then have the director tell me she called the other elementary school to check times accusing me of lying about the other schools drop off times. Telling me that it’s not going to work out and I need to come meet them in the middle. I am a full time nursing student, I work and I have a special needs child who is constantly in different therapy’s. How can I meet you in the middle when there is nothing I can do? This school changed drop off times. Comparing me as one parent to others who have kids at the elementary school is not valid. The teacher as well have been less these in my opinion. Complaining because I open the door and let her in her classroom and don’t stay around to talk should not be a issue. Some of us have school and work. If a teacher needs to talk when she is picked up there is a little more time why not say something then? To be about two months into school and have this be going on is beyond words. I have loved this school for so many years and was always saying good things about them. I no longer will support this school. I would also like to add I have a neighbor who’s daughter goes to the same school and was out of school for two weeks on vacation and nothing was ever said to her. According to Florida VPK rules 3 absences a month is allowed.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

I see that my daughter is learning a lot more. I see that she is eating things I can't get her to eat at home. I like how the rooms are organized and how professional the facilities are. I dislike the price and hours available. My child is no angel, nor is she a devil. It bothers me how the incident reports that they make have only what your child allegedly did wrong, not what the other kid did or what was happening before the incident happened. When you ask them to explain more, they can't. When you ask what was she doing before the incident, can't answer. That mainly has to do with the teacher.
