VPK teachers Felicia and Brenda were great. However, the other "wrap around" assistants were...lacking in professionalism to say it politely. "Sneak Peak" video survalience they advertise only works in the front building. Regardless of what they tell you in the time we had our little one there (4-5mths) we were never able to use it. Staff has no idea how to get it working either. If you are wanting to bring your child here because of the service don't wast your time. Their solution to the problem? Giving you your money back and telling you there isn't anything they can do to make it work. They will feed you lines like: "we are updating, here is a sheet of instructions (that don't actually getting it fully up and operational), and every other excuse in the book and they still advertise it to get business. We saw a significant change in behavior in our little ones time there. Situations occurred that should not have, were easily preventable and some that were entirely uncalled for especially from a schools "assistant". Advice one parent to another avoid Kids Discovery facilities.
Had a wonderful experience in the infant room, but please take the time to observe the fodder room.The staff is not trained to care for the children , they are not loving and there are way too many kids for one room.
