Working in kids ark has been nothing but anxiety. Love the kids, love the assistant because sbebdoes take the time to talk to you and walk in classroom to make sure you dont need anything.
However, current director does not know how to communicate without sjowing her pettiness and that shes mad. You can ask and ask and ask for something and she never helps. She talks about their own teachers and fixes your schedule if you do overtime so she does have to pay you. She does not greet her teachers or some parents. From 12 teachers dowm to 7 in a month.
My son literally loves this place. Everyday he gets excited to go but also everyday when I pick him up the director has something negative to say to me. She complains about everything and wants to have daily "talks" which is usually 15 minutes long about my son because she thinks he has a learning disability (which he doesn't). I don't know what to do..he loves it and I hate it. If she would just leave us alone I would pay and let him enjoy it but the director is non-stop and the ladies in the front office team up with her. It's so crazy.

Kids Ark Development Center has provided families of Seminole, Orange and Lake County with quality child care service for children ages o to 5 years since 2004. It is our commitment to work side-by-side with you to provide the best child care education. We are proud to have been entrusted with this joyful and great responsibility, and will work hard to transmit values like kindness and respect, as well as knowledge, in a healthy, nurturing, Christian environment.
The Center is licensed by the State of Florida (First Licensed on: 8/11/04) and is fully accredited by National Council for Private School Accreditation, and recognized as Gold Seal provider approved by the State of Florida
