I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I am not sure about anyone else but my kids absolutely loved being at Kiddie Campus and I have recommended it to many others who loved it as well. It has been a really great experience and I would highly recommend it to all.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

I rated this a 1 star ONLY because in order to leave a comment you must.

My son started at this center in February 2017. It was recommenced by a co-worker of mine. This was the WORST decision we ever made for our child. My son will be 2 at the END of July, when we started he was placed with a wonderful teacher Ms. Eva. She was loving, informative, and great with the kids. Three weeks later he was moved in ANOTHER class with a teacher that I do NOT even know her name but she was ALWAYS sitting on the table on her phone, but he was there with her only 2 weeks, and THEN moved to ANOTHER class with kids who just turned 2. I didn't think much of it at the time because he is big for his age in some ways, and also is talking... well not even 3 weeks later he was then moved AGAIN into our third room with our 5th-6th teacher (since they work odd hours) come to find out my 1.5 year old was placed with 2.5-3 year olds. How and Why would this be ok?!?! Many times at drop off the child to teacher ratio was 16:1 no wonder so many injuries accrue. My son came home with diaper rash a few times, and was sick every other week. Don't get me wrong I understand this happens being around other kids for the first time, but not ever other week... come to find out kids were sharing sippy cups which you can find a license report that this center FAILED by a inspector that is on the states website. Then my child came home 4x with bite marks from a child who is KNOWN for biting, and nothing was done. The icing on cake was this past Monday 5/15/17 when my son was sent home with a HUGE black eye. No injury report, no teacher knowledge of what happened, no answers from the director/owner Debbie, so I called and filed a report with licensing because this is not acceptable and at this point NO ONE AT THIS CENTER WOULD HELP ME. All of these issues have happened one too many times. Teachers personally told me things at this center have been a mess. Not enough teachers, but the still are accepting more kids. Once I talked to licensing I was informed a 3 year old child broke his arm there a few weeks ago, and once again NO ONE KNEW WHAT HAPPENED??? At the end of the day you can't blame all the teachers when they have 15-18 2 year olds running around by themselves. I HIGHLY recommend doing your research on other centers in the area, this place was HORRIBLE and then they ended up kicking us out because they're mad i reported them! We had planned to move him due to the issues regardless, but you would think they would care and try to make things better... NOPE not here! Be smart and look around, for the amount they charge you can find better for your child!!

Concerned Parent Apr 15, 2017

Please note: during the 2015 complaint- this was because the 4 month old infant died under the supervision of Kiddie Campus' Infant-Room Staff.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

The teacher's and atmosphere for the children is great. Management still charging for days they are closed to to weather is not right.... parents pay for daycare so they can work now they are forced to take time off work cause the facility is closed due to weather and they refuse to give credit unacceptable and taking advantage of the situation

Teachers are good manager over charges, double charges and nickel and dimes parents in late fees. She got angry because I caught her over charging me in July this was her 4th time doing so (I started saving receipts) I caught her over charging me when she tried to charge me twice for a month I had already paid now she is ticked off and charging me left and right and I know it's only me I've seen other parents come later than me and she'll charge them nothing or let it slide.
