Building/classrooms are dirty and it usually smells like garbage and dirty diapers. Majority of staff is unqualified with attitude problems. I have seen them on their phones throughout the day with classrooms full of children. There are also way too many children in each classroom and typically not enough adults. We went here for a short period and left. Most parents are unhappy but are stuck there because it's the most affordable daycare in Myrtle Beach. I do not recommend.
If it was possible to give worse than a "1" I would. This daycare had me fill out 2 pieces of paper, one being a photo release form. Nothing else. Did not know we were coming, though I spoke with the director and toured the center. Was given no key or no introduction to teachers on the first day. Walked into the classroom and no teacher spoke to us, asked my child's name etc. Upon returning to pick up my child, NO ONE ID'd me and let me walk on in (no one there had seen me before) a teacher was asleep on a mat in the corner bc she was sick, and there were clear thumbtacks all over the hallway floor outside my toddlers classroom. No one seemed concerned and the paperwork I filled out was sitting in the same spot 6 hours later and no one had looked at it. What if someone tried to come get my child? What if he was allergic to something? No one would have even known.
