If I could give zero stars I would. When we first met Kayce she seemed extremely friendly and KIND. That was a lie.
My niece was scheduled to go 3 days a week. We payed TWO WEEKS in advance. She kept my niece one day. Then bailed two more days that week. After messaging MULTIPLE time she finally sent a refund for those two days. The second week she stated that her daughter had been exposed to Covid, she then GAVE US THE OPTION if we wanted her to go that week or not and when we chose not to send her, she wouldn’t give a refund for a week, and when she FINALLY did, she kept half, stating that in her manual she only has to give back half if we do not send the child. HOWEVER…keeping half the money that was paid to you, to do a job, that you did not do an THEN stated that your home had been exposed but refused to send a full refund, does not show me that she is responsible and kind adult. She then stated that she would send a refund because she was a newly single mom and needed the money. ??????????? As if my sister isn’t in the same boat and now without any child care.
