First and foremost, do not send your child to this care facility. The owner, Annie Jumper, which the state has rejected her for having a daycare, has put the daycare in her daughter's name, Jayda. Annie Jumper, is a very rude lady and nothing but the Devil in the flesh. She hits the special needs children with an plastic stick. She just recently was reported to the state for not having AC in the building. She mistreats her caregivers and underpay them. Those Caretakers go over and beyond to make sure that our children are well taken care of. But, Annie Jumper does not!!! PLEASE AVOID THIS CENTER!!!
Reading the review from Shae Williams and Primerica Mom with Foster son-- Your review is inaccurate giving the wrong name of the person causing a conflict. Shame on YOU for defaming someone's character. Get the name RIGHT. You are no better than the negative review you reported, SHAME ON YOU!!! Get the person's name before following the leader, Ms. Shae
My son been going to this daycare since January the first week he had bite mark and scratches nobody knows what happen. Mrs . Pat is a old rude lady when you try and talk to her about some she want listen closed the door in my face . To makes matters worst my son come home with someone else jacket, cup, blankets after I write his name on everything and they still lose it please don’t allow your child to go here
The old lady name Ms. Pat was rude, mean, and hateful to both me and my Foster Son! I am reporting this daycare to the full extent! My 1 yr old son was sent out of the building in short sleeves in the winter and his coat was found to be on another child during the height of winter! The Pat lady didn’t care about him or the issue and told me leave and never bring my son back because I wanted to speak to the owner to report the issue. She refused to get the owner for me or anyone else there to that matter. Don't let your child go there.
Very negligent!! Do not leave your baby in their care! I'm heart broken! I picked my 15 month old son up after getting out of school only to find him with bloody scratches around his eyes and nose. When I asked about it the teacher told me"she thought he came in that way"!!
If there was a Zero I would have given them a negative zero. I had nothing but headaches from this center my grandson came home literally every week with a bite mark. They never did incident reports am nobody ever knew what happened. I tried taking to the director and it took an act of Congress to finally get to her and she said she would follow up with me. Nevertheless less I'm still waiting on that phone call. I finally could not take it anymore so I told them his last day would be Friday my daughter went to pick him up Friday he had a huge knot on his forehead an again nobody knew anything. I wouldn't advise anyone to leave their child in the care of these people a waste of $120 a week.
I’m am not pleased with Mrs. Juniper’s attitude and she is very pushy.
This facility is the worst of all daycares. The staff is alright but management is what sucks! Mrs Jumper is money hungry, rude, and loves to gets into your personal business. She always says things but can't never remember what she has said! Her and her son hits kids, calls them bad,and she talks down and crazy to her staff. Its a wonder why her whole staff hasn't left. I knew someone that used to work there. She informed me that Mrs. Jumper is fake and nice in person but behind closed doors she's rude as ever and like to stir up drama among her employees! They have no type of curriculum, they want the teachers to wing it cus they don't know what to do, Please I repeat please DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS TO KIDS LEARNING ACADEMY!Horrible place to work and not to bring your kids!
Do not send your kids here they allow the teachers in the 2/3 and 3/4 yr old room to hit kids the teacher in the 3/4 room ladora is constantly yelling at the kids and they do not teach the kids anything but the director will claim differently. Definitely not a family friendly child care facility.
This is the worst daycare. Children are left unattended for at least an hour while napping sometimes while awake. They have no stability the children are moved around repeatedly because they don't have enough staff. The directors are horrible and demeaning to their staff in front of everyone. In my opinion, not a safe or loving environment. It's definetely not the teachers it's the directors.
Please don't bring your kids here.
Daycare is nice, spacious, and has nice staff. The problem I have is no consistency with anything which is what helps in providing good care and keeping families and kids happy and safe. The owner Ms. Jumper is rude, she has no respect for her staff, or families paying hard earned money for childcare. My daughter has had several incidents resulting in injury and no follow up has been done to ensure I'm leaving her in a safe environment. Also supplies diapers wipes I bring in have gone missing with no explanation. On 10/20/16 I picked her up and she had a sheet showing her diaper was changed 4 times, but I only saw one diaper used out of the 7 I brought in that morning and counted with the teacher. I have bee in many daycares this has to be the worst it's all about money that's it. My daughter will not be returning for neglect and unsafe environment.
I would like to start off by saying the teachers are not bad teachers Especially the infant room teacher Mrs. Vera she is a excellent teacher a 5???????????????????? and above teacher. Now the Owner Mrs. Jumper is a money hungry liar, you can't believe anything she tells you about there procedure in her Center. She will tell you one thing and when you bring it back up to her what SHE said she will tell you don't listen to her read your handbook. Hmm seem to me she needs to stop telling people stuff if she's on clear of how her own daycare runs. Me and my wife decide to put our child back in her daycare after we pulled him out of the infant room for the Summer and we wanted him to go back into the infant room with his original teacher because he was not ready to go into the 1 year old room yet and Mrs. Jumper said that we could leave him in there as long as we needed to and two weeks after that she sprung up that he would have to be moved into the 1 year old class because she had 6 applicants and one that would be starting in less then a week. We wanted to know why did you let our son comeback if you knew you didn't have the space and that you had a baby getting ready to come in.... It's because she's money hungry! Please do not put your children in this Lying woman Daycare Center.
