Either A) the operators are very good with parent relations or B) they are truly the best daycare I have ever heard of experienced. They have passion for childcare and it shows. They show its more than a job. My son has special needs and daycare placement is quite the chore to find a place he enjoys. He loves it and I love it for him. Yes they are occasional issues because everyone's human, but before you write your congressman over anything, address them. They leave you feeling like you gave been heard and they correct the action immediately. 5 stars for excellence of care, organization and customer service.
