As a part of our stragegy we will use the Creative Curriculum® for Preschool. A comprehensive, research-based curriculum that features exploration and discovery as a way of learning. It's design is to enable children to develop confidence, creativity, and lifelong critical-thinking skills. It’s design to help educators at all levels of experience plan and implement a developmentally appropriate, content-rich program for children with diverse backgrounds and skill levels. Enhances our belief in: Administrators who are connected to families and community; Teachers who are competent, knowledgeable, and caring; Parents who are involved, committed and invested; And Students who are learning, experiencing, and growing. We believe in taking ownership of our community, and participate where we can make a significant contribution. We believe in reversing the cycle of failure, dysfunction, hunger, and poverty so that we can focus on what’s most important; Educating Children. We believe in collaborating and building relationships with family and community. “And frankly we don’t settle for anything less than excellence” in every administrator, teacher, parent, and child. “And we have the self-honesty to admit when we’re wrong and the courage to change."
