I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I would give no stars is possible. This provider is not safe. She is frequently not present and allows her young assistants to run the program and fully supervise the children. If you try to voice a concern to the provider, she will expel your child from her program. A parent who filed a complaint with OCFS was publicly humiliated when the provider breached confidentiality and emailed all the parents about the OCFS case, including the name of the parent. DO YOURSELF AND YOUR CHILD A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS DAYCARE.
