I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services

I don’t like the location. I feel like it’s not safe for children or staff. And that fact that it’s 24 hours is even scarier!

I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services

I was looking into this daycare for my daughter and I was disappointed. The location is sketchy because it’s right next to a liquor store. And the facility doesn’t look the best either. The building is old and could use some renovations. Maybe if the owner moves to a new location I will reconsider but right now it’s a no for me.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

I love this place and its workers. They love on my kids like their own , they work with me as long as I’m able to communicate with them. Mr Tommie was a HUGE blessing when it came to my older boys. We were so sad about the change but my younger kids are still there and THRIVING! Love them

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My son has been attending this daycare for more than a year and he absolutely loves it. I haven had any problems with my child or the facility since he’s been attending Infant Tree. I love the way they teach. I love how they care for the children that’s in their care. I love the little people set up it’s so stinking cute. My son loves the staff especially the owner Kierra. She goes above and beyond for her staff, children, and parents. The other daycares have nothing on this daycare. I highly recommend this daycare. 10 out of 10 I recommend. ????????????????????

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Wow to come here and see everything that I was going to complain about, so many other parents are saying the exact same thing. Wish I seen this sooner it’s ridiculous how the owner lies everybody has already stated everything I was going to say so it’s nothing left for me to say. All these parents is not lying on this center. It’s raggedy, kids stay getting sick from things not been sanitized. They need to drug test their employees on a regular. the Boyfriend looks very suspicious so I know he can’t be license. Never was introduce to him doing the time of enrollment because she knows the parents will have second thoughts on they child attending. Owner is very shady. All the parents on this should come together and go to the board to get this business shut down.

This facility is raggedy and ran very poorly. The previous negative reviews are not false! The owner Kierra knows that her facility is not ran well, this is why she took her facility off Google because other people were also talking about how bad this establishment is!

This facility has offered more than many competitors. Infant tree staff goes above and beyond to help single mothers, fathers and those families with difficult rotating shifts. Whether a parent is behind in payments or constantly getting off of work late we understand what problems can arise from lack of transportation or help that is where we make payment plans to continue to assist. We step in when needed. We are more than providers or caregivers. In order to offer such quality we ask that everyone does their part and paying on time like any other thriving business. Infant tree has partnered with the high school to offer CDA training so we do have internships. All of our staff have college degrees and over 10 years in early childhood. We take pride in what we do and try our best to accommodate the need of all families but we cannot replace the parents so even though we are licensed 24 hours no child can live at the center Jennifer.

The owner kierra is all about money!! She doesn’t care about the children, the only thing she cares about is your payment! The facility is neighbors to a local liquor store in which it’s always people loitering around there (the police had to get involved on 1 occasion that I know of but she failed to tell me before I dropped my child off). She is false advertising because majority of the time the center is understaffed with too many children there and only 1 young adult/teenager depending on the time of day. This was a problem that needs to be regularly monitored! It’s ridiculous! She makes you pay for transportation in which she can’t adequately provide because it’s only her and her boyfriend (which I’ve never met and wasn’t aware from enrollment that he would be driving my daughter around in their personal vehicles) to drive the children to and from school, etc. She had a school age teen (and the girls friend)driving my daughter and another little girl to the center after school because she couldn’t leave the center (understaffed) to pick my daughter up herself and the teens were using profanity and obscenities. The center is clean and she decorates but it’s all for show so don’t be fooled by the smoke and mirrors. She made a tik tok with my daughter on her personal page without my permission. I could’ve understood if she was advertising for the center but not for your personal social media!!! Unprofessional and immature. Someone allowed other children to go thru my daughters personal things. My daughter said that the food was disgusting that’s served there. I wouldn’t refer/recommend! Please do your research before entrusting your children’s safety and well-being with her because ALL she sees is $$$ when she looks at these children! I’ll bet that her employees (that she can’t keep because most of them are very young anyway) have a lot to say about her and how she operates the business! If I hadn’t loss my grandmother I would’ve been reported her but I’m on it Monday morning those children need more supervision! My daughter will never step foot in there again!
