Indian Creek School

A school's philosophy is the foundation upon which the school is built. It establishes what the school stands for and how it operates. Families are the happiest with a school selection if they select a school that espouses beliefs that are similar to their own. At Indian Creek, we work constantly from our philosophy. Every new program, every change in curriculum, every disciplinary decision is made with the philosophy in mind. Each year, the teachers and members of our Board of Trustees address the philosophy again to be certain that we are what we say we are and that we do what we say we do. If the philosophy is considered the foundation of a school, the mission statement can be considered the framework of the school. The philosophy says what we believe, the mission statement says what we work to accomplish.
