Had considered this place because of convience and possibly because it was good. First impressions: the staff was nice during our first visit, office place was a complete mess. Do not understand how you can be expected to take care of children yet you can not take care of an office space. We were told how great the place is and that they have won all these awards (though the online ratings were not very high as compared to other centers in the area). Needing child care urgently, we went ahead with them as a temporary solution. We asked them to send us paperwork (which they did), and then we wrote them a check for $620.00. While were in the process of filling out paperwork and still deciding over the next few days (we had to get the doctor to fill out some paperwork), we were told by Impressionable years that our spot was suddenly not available because a couple that was taking their child out suddenly changed their mind, and that since "my wife had voiced concerns over dietary restrictions over our daughter being there" that they just went ahead and gave the spot back to the previous couple. At this time we spoke to them about NOT cashing our check and that we would pick it up. We look in out account later and find out that they had cashed our check! I called and asked about this, and was told they put all checks in a locked drop box for financial dept. to handle (the other staff does not have access to this drop box. They said they would refund us with a check, when I went I asked how the heck did they cash a check without authorization, they said there was a communication breakdown between admin and the financial department. I was pissed off and told her how that can be construed as stealing. All I got was how they "remedied" the situation by writing me a check. I told them that had my wife not seen it in her account, you guys would have just taken the money without thinking! The lady I spoke to just did not seem concerned in the least. As a side note, the office was still a complete mess, it had been nearly 2 weeks up to this point. The reasong for the two stars is because I dont think they were trying to steal, but the utte r lack of competence in matters of management make me wonder what kind of lessons they teach the kids, god willing an emergency happen and they do not kow what to do, I was told by them, at the first visit, that their solution to an emergency is just call 911, there has to be more then that, you need to also handle and give first aid. It just was not vry clear. I am sorry to parents who have sent their kids here, maybe your experience is better, but as of this writing, I believe them to be somewhat incompetent. How on earth do you cash a check knowing you are not supposed to and then act like its not a big deal because they gave the money back, Impressionable years please act like it is a big deal, BECAUSE IT IS! Im am pretty sure if one of your clients forgets to pay you guys would hound them and threaten the child be kicked out. Am I right?
My daughter has attended for 2 years. She has been in 3 different classrooms and each one has been a great learning experience and growth for her. She started in the toddler room before she transitioned to the 2 year old room and a few months ago moved up to the preschool room! The staff has been wonderful and caring for my daughter, to the point that she talks about them when she is not at school. I have had a great experience and would give more then 5 stars if I could.
I'm only giving a 1 rating because I liked my children's teachers but the child care center deserves an overall total of 0. As much as they harp on their ratings during the tour they really fall short of subpar child care. Each teacher cleans the classroom floor with bleach (notice their claim of asthma center.) The Owner/Director hires employees without letting parents or the staff know in advance. One any given day when you show a random person will speak to you and your child as if they know you. You have to assume that they are new staff. They dress in regular clothes without name tags so you are not sure who is an employee, parent or just a random Joe off of the street. Talk about unsafe. They have had 2 Assistant Directors in 2 months. The first Assistant Director quit after one month of working in the center. Her compliant was the centers lack of professionalism. I agree. There is little to no communication and the Owner lies to cover her mistakes. The Owner's mother and daughter work in the Center as well. Both are unprofessional. You have to electronically sign your child in and out of the center which I thought is great. Sadly, the system is down at least twice a month. This problem leaves the parent to walk their child in the back without knowing if some random person will walk out with your child since they don't track which children have been dropped off. The have a mandatory drop off time of 10 a.m. if you don't call in advance. 3 times of no call no show and your child will be kicked out of the center. If you don't call and decided to drop your child off after 10:00 a.m. your child will be turned away. I hate this policy because you pay in advance for a week of care so I should be able to drop my child off whenever I feel like it within their days of operation timeframe. Also, if you choose to drop your child off at 9:01 a.m. and you provide breakfast for them to eat at the center they will refuse the child breakfast because its after 9:00 am. I don't understand why my child can't eat if I provide food for them. Also, you pay extra fees for activities that don't actually happen.

My child was enrolled in this daycare facility with a legal court ordered joint custody agreement between the mother and father. The daycare Owner/Director refused to adhere to the agreement, simply because of a pre-existing relationship with the father and no respect for the law. I have a 2 year old and for that age group they offer no academic enrichment during the summer. The academic time for 12 kids is limited to 15 minutes (circle time). Fortunately, the 2 year old teacher was honest and told me of all the services my child does not receive at this facility, for example no academic enrichment or age appropriate development. I would encourage anyone considering this daycare to pay close attention to the child:teacher ratio, and ask lot of questions about the hours the teachers work, and the amount of time that is dedicated to play. Pay close attention to the playground and associated equipment.
