Violation Observed: Based on information, ensure that staff utilize positive methods of guidance and discipline at all times throughout the center. Three named staff were placing children, including named child, into high chairs for extended periods of time as a mean of discipline. Additionally, two of the named staff would use physical discipline with children that they were related to.
