Had my child here for 3 months and had to take them out from the visible distress they were in daily. Would not recommend the treatment here. Not sure what goes on at this place!
My poor granddaughter went to this daycare center for a week and two days during the first week I was already alarmed when I would pick her up she would always be crying .I picked my granddaughter up a little early then expected I was observing through an open window because once again my grandbaby was crying and wasn't be attended to I stood there to see what the teacher was going to do to my shock the teacher was yelling in Spanish tranquilla which means calm down because she was cleaning instead of tending to the other two kids that were crying as well . Then she through a toy to my 4 month old baby who cannot catch . I wanted to ring her neck but I had to calm down because there were other babies in the room.I told the teacher that I had seen what she did and she kept on repeating she likes it! she likes it! I know my granddaughter does not like toys throne at her!!! I tried to find someone who was in charge at the time because no one was in the office which the infant room is right next to. I do believe that's why the teacher did what she did to my innocent grandchild.I had an employee call the director because I wanted something to be on record the same day. She told me she would review the cameras and let me know tomorrow in the morning when I drop off my granddaughter. Upon arrival the next morning I walked into the office which is right next to the infant room and the teacher was working with the infants still !!! I was very upset the director told me we are not going to fire her I had to argue almost an hour before the teacher being removed out of the infant room and they said she didn't do it maliciously but she still did it!! The owner said she wasn't even crying I told her I do not need to lie . After I argued with three people against one person in which it was the two owners and the director . I told them I want my husband to see the video as well as myself and have a meeting in which all this should of happened in the first place.I was also called by the owner threatening me saying if I called CPS or licensing department then they will have to drop my granddaughter out of the daycare. Because her name would be put out there and she will not allow it!! We did have our meeting and she said everyone make mistakes and she values her employees an apparently not her customers. They basically told me they were not going to fire the teacher and that she would return to the infant room the next day. So Thursday I was told my granddaughter was going to be dropped from their daycare because they are being investigated now and that the their teacher was hospitalized because of the situation but again what about my 4 month old grandchild they didn't care I was called by CCMS and was told they drop my grandchild and the CCMS employee asked if they could keep her until Friday and they said no which left me stuck out having to call in work and find a daycare on a Friday how ridiculous and unprofessional this place is they have no knowledge on handling situations that harm the children from teacher they have no protocol.... If I were any of the parents of the infants that are go to their daycare I would be alarmed!!! They did agree that she did wrong she got written up for not attending to the baby because she was clean up before pickup time for the children might I add to other babies were crying while my grand baby was crying and also for throwing the toy at my grandchild but yet they didn't want to terminate her I don't understand!! So I basically got dropped for reporting what they did wrong!! So yes they are being investigated and I will fight to get justice for myself and my granddaughter!!!
