Violation Observed: Based on information, ensure that staff utilize positive methods of guidance and discipline at all times throughout the center. In February 2019, a named staff picked up a child in a rough manner and moved the child's face to talk to the child. The center took immediate action and terminated the named staff. At the time of the inspection on 9/20/19, positive guidance and discipline was observed throughout the center. Therefore, this violation was cited and abated on the same date.
