I worked here for a year and a month. Almost the entire time I worked there we were rarely fully staffed, and they never keep anyone. In 13 months I can’t even remember all the teachers that had come in and out of my classroom. I was fired one day and allowed to come into work without being notified. Once i came back to speak to them about what happened, the manager, Mr.Coleman threatened to call the police on me. A few days later Mr.Coleman and the owner, Ms.Tasha invited me to a zoom call where they attacked me and blamed me for the horrible communication they had created. I never received an apology before they tried to hire me back. Mr.Coleman was supposed to be doing a CDA Class that I put a $100 deposit on, and once they fired me he never returned my money even though I have sent him multiple emails. I had never seen an employee separate from this business on a good note while I was there and I was no exception.
Head of The Class Learning Center is ran by a verbally abusive person, Mr. Copeland. He is disrespectful of how parents raise and provide for their children. He is one of the reasons I don’t like men working in daycare facilities. He does not care about the welfare of your child, just the check from the state. There are parents in the world that actually watch what they put into their children’s bodies and that infuriates him to the point of him becoming down right nasty in behavior. He doesn’t like to be questioned about again and if he does not agree with what you have to say about your child, he has no problem expressing the insignificance of your child and the health of your child. This man should be allowed around anyone’s children with his explosive violent behavior. He threatens parents to dis-enroll your child if you don’t agree with him. He seems to be very miserable because that’s how miserable people act. He is not honest about things and he is not organized like he thinks he is. Parents if you love your children, don’t send them any of the facilities he goes too.
I’m just trying to figure out why is HOC not open again this makes the 2nd time. HOC was not open Friday 07/23/2021. Now it’s Thursday 07/29/2021 and you all is close again. It’s very inconvenient to the parents when we count on HOC to watch our babies.
This school has gone to the dogs. My baby went to this center from August up until the end of January. I was mostly happy with my child’s teacher and how she took care of my child. But as the months went on I started seeing problems with management. The director Mr. Coleman is good at first but then he shows his true colors once your child is in the center. He been very rude to me and I have seen and heard him being rude to other parents. My number one problem is that with all this pandemic stuff going on they did not make the staff wear masks which was crazy to me. They had to shut down for a outbreak of CORONA in the center. That’s nasty and it could have put my child’s life in danger. My child has been sick a lot of times after being at this center. It don’t make no sense. I had to pull my baby out and get her somewhere safe. Don’t send your child here. You will regret it.
The new director Coleman is very rude and disrespectful with the staff and very unprofessional he talks about the staff to parents and it's so unprofessional
I have a 4 year old and 8 month old who has been attending HOC for about 5 months now and I’ve got to say I am very much pleased with the center and their staff. Any issue I’ve had (not many) is solved immediately and handled very professionally. Also love the new director. I love how he interacts with parents and the children. Mine and I have grown to love him and the rest of staff. It takes a village to raise a child and they definitely own their part in that. Awesome center. Please keep it up ????????
The school was good before Ms.Rita left. The owner isn't honest at all. The are changing teachers and directors like you change underwear. Kids are lacking in the knowledge needed for prek and kindergarten. This isn't a learning facility its a mess. Please run I don't care how cheap it is. Look at other daycares I wish Wings of A dove had an opening when I was looking. I'm telling you with my whole heart don't do it. You and your child deserve better. Don't look back at this place you will be sorry.
Horrible owner. Teachers and staff change often because they treat them like crap along with the parents. They inforce certain rules on some parents they don't on others. New Director (Coleman) is rude, ratchet and very unprofessional ALWAYS has an attitude for some reason having personal convos on his phone every time I walk in. I've heard him talking about parents and other staff members openly while parents are around. One more than 1 occasion Ive picked up my child and the police where there with a parent regarding a teacher's dealing with her child. Tasha owner refuses to contact and avoids every chance she can to speak with parents. There is ALWAYS someone in the directors office having issues with this school. THEY HAVE GONE DOWN HILL over the years since the new director and new teachers. They used to do field trips and great activities with the children and within the past year (Since summer 2017)NOTHING but they want to charge you late fees when agreements signed states different, charging extra outside of regular weekly fees for daycare because of a holiday THEY ARE OPEN FOR ALREADY (Which they didn't used to do). Since the new staff everything is jus uncomfortable and different. Glad I took my child out. BEWARE
Only thing good about this "school" is the price! Directors are disrespectful and don't need to own this place.
