I have used this provider for more than 6 months

As said above, everyone is nice but when you leave, it is a different story for yourself and your kids. Liz and Robyn sit with other employees and parents and have sat and spoke negative about other staff, parents, and even children. The supervision is horrible and many times my kids came home with marks or the baby had diaper rash that wasnt there when I would drop him off. When my child was bullied they took no action but to tell us to leave. They even took part by allowing other parents to make negative comments and remarks around and towards the child that was bullied. I would never recommend this daycare and please know that they are more worried about your money than anything. If you have daycare assistance, no need to apply, they dont like the cut they take due to the assistance which was stated by the owner to my face. I stayed here for a long time and am glad to be gone due to the negative vibe, the high school chatter, and also the people they hire. They are ALL young high school age girls that have no real history with kids. I even caught one teacher grabbing my kids arm and yanking the child down the hallway. The same teacher who taunted my kid and told the child other parents wont allow for their kids to play with the child. I freaked out and the owners did nothing at all but hide behind Liz and excuses. I could never get a one on one convo with either Ryan or Robin when there were concerns. The child had an injury to his arm after being pulled and I asked to see the cameras and they refused. I could barely get them to talk to me. The owners hide behind their manager Liz who is rude and will play these horrible words games just to twist what you are saying. Its disturbing. I have so many other things that is clearly wrong with this daycare and could go on for days. Just don't allow the fake smiles to fool you....they are fake and not nice people...your kids will be safer in another center guaranteed!

Everyone is very nice and they have lots of activities. However, the owners don't care about your child once you drop them off. They will never ask how your child is transitioning. When you leave beware they'll keep taking money from your account!! One owner will say no two weeks necessary and the other that writes the checks will say no.
