I have used this after school program for my children - aged 8 and 5 - since February 2017. We love our "Mr. Shad" - he always takes exceptional care of my children. When I go to pick them up, I am always greeted at the door by a smiling face. From what I can tell, the facility is clean, and there are a wide variety of activities for all of the children to participate in. My only concern would have to be that they appear to be short staffed - with as many kids in the program as there are, I would think there would be more than just 4 workers. (from what I have seen, please correct me if I am wrong!). Now I've been in a classroom - I know the how the state does their ratio - but I feel that it should be different. I want my children to have proper supervision. I do not like that aspect. Nonetheless, I have seen a positive change since Mr. Shad took over. My children love the prime time after school care. We are so thankful for him and his staff!
