I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Im aware that the owner will argue with this review, reading reviews from other campuses she owns she argues with negative reviews. I enrolled my daughter here in October 2020 and we loved it. The teachers and director were amazing, she was learning a lot and doing well. It’s now May and they have 1 staff member who is still employed, the owner told me in text message the ones who left weren’t assets to the company when I expressed concern over the turnover. One of the teachers they have now I asked if it was her first time working with kids because she was so demeaning and nasty to them. Apparently she’s a regular teacher at one of the other campuses, I learned that from the owner after the fact. I have been in the school when the owner was yelling at and fighting with a parent who expressed concerns over how quickly her child’s diapers were disappearing right after the school gave away a ton of diapers. She told a teacher that when took my daughter into a bathroom to clean her up after an accident they were out of ratio and my daughter should’ve sat in ????. My daughter has come home with ???? down her leg and inside of her because nobody helped her clean up, she’s three and was expected to clean herself properly after an accident. The rates changed and 32 parents were given invoices instead of being spoken to about it, mine was almost $600 because for months I kept paying my regular rate. Another parent had late pick ups on their invoice when cash was given to the school at pickup, I’m not sure if that was resolved but obviously there are some accounting concerns. They’ll send out emails and use learning genie to communicate things such as putting your child’s name in big letters across the middle of their bedding but not rate increases, that was posted in their fb group that most don’t see often because of algorithms and a sign was posted on a board that it’s hard for parents to see and we never had to check it before so we weren’t in the habit or had the knowledge to check it. My daughter had to quarantine twice because teachers were expected to come to work sick and had covid, during the first time I had to pay full price and the second time 1/2 price even though the school was closed. This meant I was away from my older kids and missed work for two weeks while still paying for childcare I wasn’t receiving. When I called the health department to seek guidance they didn’t have the school listed as exposures or positive cases. My daughter was sent home twice in two days sick because there was a norovirus outbreak that parents weren’t informed of. However, when I picked her up she was fine. The director has argued with both myself and another parent regarding our review on fb, deleted other negative reviews and shared a photo of a student shaming them when the parent expressed concerns over the school.
