Terrible with children! They were not allowed to play with any toys and were made to sit down and watch tv with out making any noise while Pam was on her phone (calls, fb, internet) every child 2 and under were kept in a high chair 90% of the time. Diaper changes were not done enough/properly. Children were left with soiled diapers and soaked clothes. They were forced to eat or were put in time out. Her grandchildren were aloud to do whatever they wanted (she was watching them) but the other kids had to watch them play, open presents, eat snacks... ect... while the others were forced to sit and watch while having to remain quiet. Walked in multiple times with her yelling at small kids for crying and basically being a kid (nothing disasterous). My child or children would cry and beg me not to send them back so I didn’t. Please spend the extra money for someone more professional that can be trusted with children!
