I have used this provider for more than 6 months
This day care is awful! To start with, the director is extremely rude. I don’t see what qualifies her to be child care’s director. If she has a very good experience working with kids as she claims, she would’ve known better of how treat kids and their parents.
I brought my daughter for the 1st day of school and saw roaches crawling on the walls, the rooms were dank and stuffy, there was no bathroom door in the children's bathroom even though it was equipped with multiple toilets and a young man (teenager) who was the class helper would be able to see in whenever along with any classroom visitor. I was not comfortable having my daughter use the restroom while perfect strangers withing 10 feet of the bathroom, could see her. This is absolutely appalling however, not as appalling as the cold and condescending manner that the "director" spoke to parents and her staff. In my experience educators, especially in a day care/pre-k setting, were caring, inviting and attentive to the children's needs and what was best for them. One of the teachers seemed distant and bothered that the new children did not immediately say please or thank you when offered something. With the children being in school for less than 2 hours I would expect more patience and understanding, boy was I wrong. Needless to say my child no longer attends, it was definitely for the best and in her new school she is flourishing daily.
